Processing & Delivery Times

• Order Processing: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Standard Delivery (UAE): 5–10 business days.
• Express Delivery (UAE): 2–4 business days (where available).
• Delivery times may vary during public holidays or peak seasons.
• Free shipping: on all orders above AED 200 within the UAE.

Shipping Coverage

• We currently deliver to all seven emirates of the UAE.
• Remote or restricted areas may experience extended delivery times.
• International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking

• A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
• You can track your shipment using the carrier’s official website.
